It always pays to be prepared, so we can sit down and work through your finances before you apply. In particular:

  • Your income – work out your total income from salary/wages, dividends,      commission, rental income etc.
  • Your expenses – this includes basic living costs (food, utilities, etc), student loans, hire purchase and credit cards, insurance as well as entertainment and holidays.
  • Your deposit – the bigger your deposit, the less you’ll need to borrow, the lower your repayments will be, and the faster you’ll be mortgage-free. (we have options for low deposit however the borrowing will be higher based on your serviceability)
